SHIPPING AND TRANSIT LEAD TIMES
Standard shipping remains free nationwide. However, due to General Community Quarantine restrictions, orders under this shipping option will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Dispatch cut-off is at 10 pm and orders verified later than this time will be included in the next scheduled dispatch. Lead time is 1-5 business days within Metro Manila and up to 10 business days in provincial areas. Slight delays on some occasions are unavoidable as couriers continue to work on a skeleton workforce.
Express shipping option temporarily suspended until further notice. Instead, Grab/Lalamove Pick-up option now available upon checkout. Pick-ups are allowed on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am - 4 pm only. Instructions will be sent via text message once payment has been verified. Kindly note that customer shoulders the shipment fee and is responsible for booking riders.
