GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE NOTICE (Updated June 8, 2020)
Size change requests are temporarily not accepted during this time for the protection and safety of everyone. Kindly make sure your orders are correct before placing and paying for your order. Conditions below do not apply until the situation is under control.
All transactions are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Balud.
For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns except for the following cases:
1. Change in size allowed if requested within 24 hours upon receipt of item. All shipping costs to facilitate exchange will be shouldered by the customer. Customer will be responsible in shipping the item back to us via preferred courier and will be charged a shipping and handling fee of P200.00 if within Metro Manila and P250.00 for provincial areas. Balud has the right to deny size exchange if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition (worn, washed, altered, tags/hygiene seals removed) and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
2. In case change in size can not be granted due to stock availability, change in style may be allowed but is not guaranteed.
Strictly no size change allowed for items purchased on sale.
All exchanges are subject for approval and under the assumption that tags and hygiene seals are still intact.
